Decided to continue practicing colors. None of the complicated stuff, but I think I'm slowly getting the hang of picking colors that won't clash... This character was picked especially to see if I understood colors enough to make a yellow background work.

This is the 3rd time I ever drew this character. His wardrobe keeps changing in ATTEMPT to not look like: Other characters, Arnold from The Magic School Bus, and Jonouchi Katsuya. I... Think he'll be going through more wardrobe changes...
